Proven experience in process management, integrated systems, contract negotiation, and participation in strategic meetings. Availability for on-site work of 30 hours per week. RIO DE JANEIRO – Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a mechanical industry, preferably one that provides services such as grinding, honing, balancing, and machining of large precision parts. Knowledge of Industrial Repairs, Hydraulic Cylinders, NDT, Finishing, Sandblasting, Metalizing, Polishing, Laser, Hydraulics, Turning, Grinding, and Shipping. RIO DE JANEIRO - About 10 years experience with process engineering, acting as Account Manager, Licensing Manager and/or Business Developement Manager for Latam, covering clientes o Refinery, Oil & Gás ou Petrochemical Market. Proven experience of being in charge of selling and promoting the Company Technologies, Equipment, Modular Units and associated services.University degree in Chemical Engineering, preferably with MBA. It is mandatory a fluent English and Spanish. Immediate availability and willing for business travels.

Experience in developing project schedules, including resource allocation, defining predecessors, creating baselines, and generating reports; as well as project monitoring through schedule updates, logbook entries, and RAP tracking. Some experience in preparing engineering projects for the oil and gas sector. Degree in Engineering with professional registration. Advanced English. Immediate availability, including for travel and hybrid work.
