- Locaweb Serviços de Internet Ltda - As the Person in Charge, Locaweb is responsible for providing, maintaining and securing the Database and Processing that interact with candidates, citizens and customers. Updating and adapting to each contract, system, tool or process may be necessary, and general rights and obligations such as authorization for data collection and processing, transparency and legitimate purpose are a commitment of AGNIS in its relationships with the market .

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

In this sense, we maintain the records in our Database to comply with and carry out actions related to the respective contracts and requests for contact with Clients, potential Clients and Individuals or Legal Entities in general, including in the stages prior to contracting, during and after contracting to guarantee the best experience and service to the market.

In addition, AGNIS may send communications about products and services contracted or requested by Individuals and Legal Entities, including those that, in some way, initiated personal or commercial contact with AGNIS employees, using other contact tools, such as Social Networks, Professional Networks, Applications (APPs), Phone calls or even in person.

For the regular exercise of AGNIS activities, we may, using our database and relationship, make contact with individuals, with or without their CVs registered in our systems, to offer them to compete for any open vacancy, either by our Clients or to work at AGNIS and can thus be presented as AGNIS candidates.

From the registration of the curriculum, the person can be a potential candidate for a vacancy already existing in our Bank of Opportunities or for future positions to be demands in the processes of Hunting or Recruitment & Selection of AGNIS.

No other company has or will be authorized to access our Curriculum Bank, since AGNIS does not sell them.

AGNIS may present the curriculum to any Client who requests prior market mapping.

In this case, AGNIS will send the resume in a hidden way (without name information, contact details, registration numbers and companies where it worked), thus preserving the confidentiality of the information.

Otherwise, the resumes will only be made available to Companies / Clients with the candidate's authorization or to comply with legal orders, protect the rights, property and security of AGNIS or our users.

To start registering the curriculum, it is essential to inform the e-mail and create a password to which we will not have access.

Registration and updates are the candidate's responsibility. We keep the curriculum in our database for 5 (five) years.

After this period, if the candidate does not update his data, AGNIS reserves the right to delete him.

There is no cost for the professional to register the curriculum on our website.

Talent Bank:
We provide a Bank of Resumes for Companies to access the short profile of professionals who are assisted by AGNIS through our Outplacement Program.

When accessing the Talent Bank menu or the "Find Candidates Here" section, Companies will be able to carry out a brief analysis of the profile of each professional.

If the Company decides to contact a professional, just access the link "Contact the Professional", fill out a specific form and send the message that will be automatically received by the same, without the interference of AGNIS and without any information of the Personal Data of those previously authorized by their holders.

There is no cost for the Company / Client to access or contact the professionals available in this area of the website.

Opportunity Bank:
The vacancies posted on the website are real and duly authorized by our Clients.

They are vacancies for positions of c-level, board, executives of middle and senior management, supervision, coordination, specialist, senior analyst and other intermediate support or advisory functions.

To apply electronically and apply for an open position on the AGNIS website, the professional will have to register the curriculum beforehand and make sure that, in fact, it meets the requested requirements; avoiding wasted time or mistaken expectations.
