• THE RESUME
When you include your resume in our Data Base you will be a potential candidate for a position in our actual Opportunities Bank or in future positions that should be demanded in Agnis’s hunting processes.
No other company has or will have access authorization to data bank, regarding that Agnis’s does not commercialize the resumes.
The resumes will be available to Agnis’s Clients (employers) only with the candidate authorization or in other to attend any legal mandate, protect rights, property and Agnis or Users’ security.
To begin with the inclusion of your resume, you have to inform your e-mail and the number of your CPF - Cadastro de Pessoa Física (a Brazilian code identification). If, for any reason, you do not have the CPF number, please contact Agnis to help you.
If you stop or interrupt the input of your resume, the information will not be saved. So, in order to optimize your time, check if you are with all information and follow all the steps demanded, up to the end of the process.
Any insertion, correction or truthfulness of the information in the Resume Banks is of the candidate responsibility.
The candidate can update his information in the “Resume Bank” at any time he wishes, since he agrees with our Usage Policy that may also be updated and suffer changes, at any time.
Agnis keeps the resume in the data bank for 3 (three) years. After this period, Agnis reserves the right to exclude it. But, if the candidate intends to avoid this exclusion, he has to update the info before this period.

• BANK OF OPPORTUNITTIES
Maintaining our focus, we offer strategic consulting services towards the identification and approach of highly qualified talents that match our Clients’ demanded profiles.
The job positions published in this site are related to Senior Executives, Middle Managers, Supervisors, Specialists, Senior Analysts and Bilingual Executive Secretary levels.
Meanwhile, attending some confidentially requirements, some positions conducted by Agnis will not be shown in the data bank.
On the other hand, the publishing of an open position or the candidacy of a resume into the Opportunities Bank does not guarantee that Agnis or his Client will make contact, ask for more information or schedule an interview or job offer.
The final conditions or the duration of any job offer showed through the site, will only be negotiated, accepted and contracted between the Candidate and the Company, without the influence or interface of Agnis.

• BANK OF TALENTS
We also offer a strategic consulting service toward the outplacement of professionals that are trained by Agnis in the search of new career challenges.
The talents published in this Bank are, essentially, of Senior Executives, Middle Managers, Supervisors, Specialists, Senior Analysts and Bilingual Executive Secretary levels.
The publication of a talent in this Bank, does not guarantee that the professional will be immediately available or that he will fully correspond to the needs and expectations of the Company. So, we suggest that the Company include this professional under its normal Selection Process analyses.
The divulgation of the name and personal information of a professional included in this Talents Bank will be available to the Company, only after judicious analyses of Agnis and the candidate approval.
• NEWSLETTER
With the choice of receiving Agnis’ Newsletter, the user will be, automatically, authorizing the guiding of e-mails, periodical newsletter, opportunities, articles; including links of other sites associated to the subject.
This service is free and Agnis does not take any responsibility for eventual crack in the delivery or receivable process. On the other hand, the user, from now on, excludes Agnis the responsibility of paying for any material or moral indemnity, regarding eventual impossibility to send the newsletter or any interference into the Users’ computer, detected by virus or programs that may case damage.

• ARTICLES
The articles are exclusively related to Human Resources issues and contain news, events and opportunities. They do not represent, necessarily, the opinion of Agnis.
